Job Summary
NM Cabinet Gallery is seeking an organized and customer-focused Cabinet Service Coordinator to coordinate cabinet service requests, installation support, repairs, and customer communications. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, installers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure cabinet projects and service needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cabinet service requests, repairs, adjustments, and replacement needs
- Schedule and track service appointments and installation-related activities
- Communicate with customers regarding project updates, service requests, and timelines
- Coordinate with installers, designers, suppliers, and other service providers
- Review work orders, measurements, product details, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate customer, service, and project records
- Monitor service progress and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and coordinating appropriate solutions
- Help ensure completed work meets company quality and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cabinetry, remodeling, construction, customer service, or project coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic understanding of cabinet products and installation processes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
