Our Practice Manager is flexible yet firm, supporting both staff and clients in all situations, amidst strong personalities and frequent industry change.If you have a leadership background, are wellness-minded, and looking for a home in the industry, please apply today for immediate consideration.Primary Responsibilities:Hire, train, and mentor new hiresCreate schedules, coordinate HR issues such as payroll, PTO, etc.Drive direct sales of our innovative aesthetic products through execution of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational eventsMaintain exceptional established sales quotas and performance metricsAccurately and promptly complete all administrative responsibilities, including expense reports, sales tracking, and other required documentationMaintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster strong, long-term relationshipsConduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-sellingEffectively manage territory and sample budgets, ensuring all spending aligns with corporate guidelines and expectationsStay current on all relevant clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a reliable resource for customersCollaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoptionResponsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, state, local and company policies & proceduresOther duties as assigned Successful Candidates Must Have:High school diploma or equivalent requiredBA or Associate’s degree in management, business, or marketing is a plusExperience in aesthetics or a medical-adjacent field is highly preferredManagerial and team supervision experience is requiredBackground launching and scaling new products in competitive markets is preferredDemonstrated success in negotiating high-value contracts and building long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and community alliesStrong understanding of consumer loyalty programs, subscription models, and digital engagement strategiesBackground in data-driven decision-making using CRM analytics, market intelligence, and performance metricsEstablished industry network with relationships in aesthetics, dermatology, or med-spa channelsExperience leading cross-functional initiatives that blend sales, marketing, and operational executionAbility to lead with compassion and insight while enforcing our values and expectations
