We’re seeking a Project Analyst Intern for Spring 2026 who’s curious, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in how data drives successful AI projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from our PMO team, contribute to real deliverables, and develop foundational skills in project analytics, reporting, and operations.

• Support Data & Reporting: Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and dashboard creation in Smartsheet and other PMO tools.

• Visualize Performance: Help design and maintain dashboards and burn reports to track project performance and metrics.

• Learn Financial Tracking: Observe and assist in generating and reconciling project invoices.

• Document & Improve: Contribute to documenting PMO processes, workflows, and configurations.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with project managers and analysts to enhance data accuracy and reporting consistency.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in refining templates, dashboards, and reporting tools for greater efficiency.

• How data informs project decisions across scope, schedule, and budget.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Smartsheet, Harvest, and Microsoft Excel.

• How to create dashboards and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).

• The fundamentals of project financial tracking and reporting.

• Cross-functional collaboration within Project Management, Agile, and Delivery teams.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with data visualization tools is a plus).

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.

• Strong written and verbal communicator.
