This role ensures compliance with IPC, J-STD, and MIL-STD requirements and contributes to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and inspection of copper/fiber cables and PCBs
- Assemble cables for lab setups and system integration
- Interpret schematics, block diagrams, and CAD drawings
- Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturability and compliance
- Maintain lab equipment and calibration schedules

- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics testing or assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Familiarity with MIL-STD specifications
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT)
