About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced
Maintenance, Reliability & Engineering Manager
to lead maintenance and engineering operations at a well-established manufacturing facility in the Manistee County, Michigan, United States region.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and safe operations.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Plan, budget, and execute capital projects from design through installation.
- Partner with production and safety teams to identify and solve issues quickly.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance systems (SAP, CMMS, AutoCAD) and track performance metrics.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
, or equivalent experience. - 5 years of leadership experience
in a
unionized manufacturing or industrial environment
. - Proven success leading maintenance and reliability programs.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with
SAP, AutoCAD, CMMS
, and capital project management. - Ability to lead by example and build strong, engaged teams.
