- The Colorado Judicial Department is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and support a comprehensive Compensation and Classification study: a study that spans trial courts, probation departments, appellate courts, and the State Court Administrator's Office.
- This project will play a pivotal role in shaping the Department's workforce structure and ensuring equity and consistency across approximately 100 job classifications.
- In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our vendor partner (The Segal Company), internal stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- You will guide project activities from start to finish, coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
- Oversee and facilitate project activities related to classification analysis, job titles, job descriptions, trainings and market surveys.
- Support the project team by preparing strategic plans, presentations, and program reports.
- Manage project schedules, meetings, milestones, and communications to keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Track progress through metrics and documentation to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track
