🚨 Role : Senior Card Operations Specialist 🚨
📍 Location: Woodbridge, NJ 07095 (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Debit Card Dispute & Claims Processing
- Research and resolve ATM/Debit Card signature, PIN, and electronic transaction disputes.
- Responsible for processing letters, issuing provisional credit, processing chargebacks for cardholder through MasterCard, handling incoming re-presentments and arbitration cases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Reg E regulations
- Fraud & Transaction Review Support
- Assist with fraud detection and investigation activities, reviewing transactions and mitigating potential losses while ensuring secure card operations.
- Daily Operational Processing
- Perform daily data entry, file maintenance, reconciliations, exception handling, and transaction processing across multiple card operations systems.
- Internal Partner Support
- Respond to inquiries from branches, contact center, and internal departments; independently resolve complex issues while maintaining a strong customer‑service focus.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with debit card operations, disputes, chargebacks, and Reg E compliance in a financial services environment.
- Operational Systems Proficiency
- Experience working with card operations and dispute platforms; strong PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
- Ability to investigate transactions, analyze exceptions, and exercise independent judgment on complex, non‑routine issues.
