Manual Tester / Functional Tester

What the person will do

• 
  Test an AI chatbot/AI agent from an end-user perspective
• .Ask pre-defined questions provided by the business team
• .Verify whether the AI response is correct
• .Document results meticulously
• .Log defects, incorrect responses, hallucinations, missing information, and inconsistencies
• .Escalate issues to the AI development team
• .Track testing progress and maintain reports

.Responsibilitie

• sExecute predefined test scenarios against AI agents/chatbots
• .Validate accuracy and completeness of AI responses
• .Record test results and maintain testing logs
• .Identify incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent responses
• .Report defects and track issue resolution
• .Work closely with business and development teams
• .Ensure testing is completed within defined timelines

.Required Skill

• s1-4 years of Manual Testing/UAT/Functional Testing experience
• .Strong attention to detail
• .Excellent documentation skills
• .Strong written and verbal communication
• .Experience tracking defects and test results
• .Ability to perform repetitive validation tasks accurately
• .Familiarity with AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational platforms is a plus
