Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Fort Wayne, IN (Hybrid)
Payrate: $70-73/hr on W2
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule and execute email and social media activities, including newsletters, multi-stage campaigns, automated journeys, and always-on workflows
- Execute paid media activities across regional channels (e.g. paid social, paid search, and trade media), in collaboration with the central advertising manager and in alignment with global guidelines, platforms
- Build and maintain templates for email and social, applying tagging and formatting for publishing
- Manage channel audience segmentation, email lists, and targeting to support accurate delivery
- Adapt provided content into publish-ready formats that meet platform, brand, and compliance standards
- Advise on email and social fit during campaign planning, including timing, feasibility, and sequencing
- Act as subject matter expert for central and regional platforms such as LinkedIn, Hootsuite, and WeChat (APAC)
- Check and manage alignment of email and social delivery against editorial calendars owned by BMarketing to ensure sequencing and avoid channel conflicts
- Provide quality control across channel execution and share feedback to improve workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and deliverability, test and optimise based on engagement insights
- Use a data-driven approach and apply capabilities such as automation, behavioural science, and AI to improve effectiveness and optimise execution
- Apply lead management frameworks, tools, and processes to support lead capture, routing, and visibility within campaign execution
- Share executional insights and practices with peers across regions and participate in digital forum.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in B2B email marketing and social media delivery across regional or global teams
- Strong hands-on experience executing campaigns and managing workflows, including newsletters, segmentation, testing, and automation
- Strong attention to data and creative in email and social formatting, with a focus on audience relevance, brand consistency, and optimization
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel workflows (email, social, web), including scoring, routing, and alignment with lead processes
- Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and consent-based marketing
- Skilled in using marketing automation platforms to execute campaigns and report performance
- Able to interpret data and generate insights to improve campaign targeting, sequencing, and funnel conversion.
