🎯 Position Summary
The Coordinator is responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer owned two way radio communication devices within a depot environment. This role requires a highly organized, detail oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level expectations.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
✔️ Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Experience with billing, packaging, and shipping processes
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
✔️ Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
✔️ Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
✔️ Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
✔️ Comfortable working in fast paced, time sensitive environments
✔️ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
