Title: Data Entry - Healthcare Domain
Location: Tempe, AZ 85284 (Onsite Role)
Duration: 12 months contract with a high possibility of extension
Description:
- Interpret and accurately key data from paper and electronic EOBs into the RMS.
- Identify, calculate, and apply contractual adjustments, deductibles, copays, and co-insurance based on payer contracts.
- Balance daily deposits (cash logs) against system posting reports.
- Resolve discrepancies between the payment amount and the billed amount.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines when handling PHI (Protected Health Information).
- Key alphanumeric data from EOBs, payment notices, and correspondence in assigned batches.
- Perform data verification to ensure accuracy.
- Meet daily quotas for number of claims keyed.
