What you need to know about our Early Career Program: Our Early Career Program is one of our unique graduate schemes, that aims to develop you into one of our leaders of tomorrow. Your learning path will be sculptured by on-the-job industry experience with guidance from senior managers and mentors. You’ll get to work across our commercial functions in a series of 2-3 full-time placements during the first 3 years of your career and gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as an understanding of our business – an amazing chance to grow every day. The concrete positions will be aligned with the business, but it will most likely be in Sales (Field Sales, Key Account Management, Account Support Management, Category Development, Shopper Activation, Business Insights, E-commerce...) or in another discipline (like Marketing, Finance or CS&L) where you will get the chance to broaden and enhance your skills-set and gain a holistic approach to drive your career within FMCG to Marketing and Sales. The starting role will most likely be in Account Support Management or Field Sales. You will start with a temporary contract, but the ambition is to offer you a permanent contract, based on results and progression after year one. Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) or student in the final year of master’s studies University courses preferred: General Business Administration, (International) Management, (International) Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Economy, Econometrics (big data) or related.
