Job Requirements:
- Main Task: Answering multi-line phones and scheduling daily appointments for multiple locations
- Response Time: Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner
- Coordination: Coordinating with other team members to ensure all company goals are met
- Communicating effectively: Listen and communicate with clients regarding services, installs, and other areas of need
- Communicate effectively (cont'd): Listen actively to other team members, share your ideas respectfully, and keep your team updated on your progress.
- Be a problem-solver: Work with your team to find solutions and support your team when they need help.
- Take initiative: Don't wait for instructions. Anticipate needs, volunteer for tasks, and contribute new ideas to improve company success
- Assistance: Assist with many other duties as part of a team
- Be dependable: Meet deadlines, take ownership of your responsibilities, and communicate
