Your Role: The Senior Insurance Specialist will manage and advise on various insurance policies, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide expert knowledge to clients on risk management and policy maintenance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly. You will handle day-to-day insurance needs for clients, manage client insurance portfolios, and support the Insurance Department Managers. This role will be for our GSO team.

- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well with a team and pitch in when needed

- A High school diploma, or GED
- Insurance license highly recommended/preferred
- Mathematical acumen
- Prior Insurance Experience required (5 years), preferably on the broker side and/or in the entertainment industry

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
