What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qc position at NKC of America?

Inspect panels, subassemblies, and finished products for defects, compliance, and adherence to specifications.
Conduct dimensional checks, visual inspections, and electrical/mechanical testing as required.
Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications to confirm accuracy of completed work.
Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions using established QC forms and reporting systems.
Work closely with production staff to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, ISO standards (if applicable), and customer requirements.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with audits (internal and external) and maintain inspection records.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within the Panel Shop.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in electrical quality control.
Electrical coursework in control logic.
At least 5 years of experience in industrial controls.
At least 4 years of quality control experience.
