With a 4:1 patient ratio, we ensure manageable workloads, allowing for high-quality care and better patient interactions. Our unit thrives on strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.SUMMARY: Under the direction of nurse director/charge nurse patients and families are provided competent holistic care based on nursing process on assigned units.
EXPERIENCE: preferred, one year medical/surgical nursing.
