Summary
SUMMARY: Performs special vascular imaging/fluoroscopic examinations of the heart to assist with diagnosis and treatment. Provides quality patient care prior to, during and following procedure. Implements and assists in duties enabling the cardiac cath lab to operate.
EXPERIENCE: Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab experience preferred with ability to assist physician in diagnostic and intervention studies for coronary, peripheral, implantable and electrophysiology.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: RT(R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography), RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Related Field, Preferred: Bachelors - Cardiovascular Technologist
