Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do
- Design functional and beautiful kitchens, bathrooms, additions, media walls, and more.
- Create detailed renderings to bring projects to life. Engage with potential clients, confidently present design concepts, and encourage them through the decision-making process
- Utilize industry-specific software like 2020((Cyncly)) and ProKitchen, to develop designs Collaborate with clients, project managers, and construction teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Communicate with customers via meetings at studio or showroom, phone, email and web chat to help the client through the design and purchasing process
- Use persuasive selling skills to close cabinet sales and suggest cabinet upgrades and accessories that will add value and improve customer’s experience and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity; document the sales process and maintain customer records in the CRM software and systems as requested
- Experience in kitchen and bath design for residential cabinetry for at least 5 years
- Strong ability to communicate with and motivate potential clients
- Proficiency in rendering spaces and presenting design concepts Knowledge of 2020 and ProKitchen
- Experienced in European style design concepts
- A confident, engaging, and client-focused approach
- Ability to organize and focus on simultaneous multiple projects
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- Problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to see project through from conception to sale
