We’re looking for a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. Why You’ll Love Working at Cabinet IQ of Gwinnett Be a Builder, Not a Cog: As our founding Lead Designer, you aren't just filling an empty seat in a rigid machine. You will be my direct partner helping to build this brand from the ground up, shaping our local culture, and sharing in the rewards as we scale. Focus on Selling, Not Drafting: Don't get bogged down in CAD software. We provide a remote junior designer to assist with your 2020 Design plans so you can focus on what you do best: consulting with clients, building relationships, and closing high-ticket projects. Modern Tools & Tech: We set you up for absolute success with premium laptops, world-class CRM systems, and a gorgeous, brand-new inspirational showroom in Duluth that fuels creativity. What You’ll Do Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance Participate in company training and development programs Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments) Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking Your Experience & Skills 5 years of kitchen design and sales experience required Proficient in 2020 Design Software Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor Strong work ethic and attention to detail Construction experience preferred but not required Solid math and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude Ready to design beautiful spaces and grow with a fast-paced, high-performing team?
