We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Desktop Support for one of our esteemed clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide timely and accurate support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, network, and application problems.
- Good experience working in call center
- Walk users through problem-solving processes, providing clear and concise instructions.
- Accurately log and track support requests, document solutions, and maintain detailed records of user interactions.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Provide basic user training and guidance on the use of IT systems and applications.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.
- Identify trends in user issues and provide feedback to the IT team for potential improvements to systems and processes.
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
