Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and model validation.
- Develop predictive models and analytical solutions to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain data science workflows and analytical pipelines.
- Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve deployed solutions.
- Document methodologies, models, analytical processes, and results.
- Stay current with emerging data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python programming for data science and machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other data science libraries.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or other big data technologies.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based machine learning platforms.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments.
- Experience
- 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and implementing data-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
