The Role
We’re looking for a Multidisciplinary Interactive Designer who moves fluidly between digital product and experiential storytelling—someone who can turn ideas into beautiful, intuitive interfaces and immersive experiences that connect audiences across screens and spaces. This role is your passport to ambitious, versatile work: shape presentations seen on the stage of UNGA, design immersive experiences at expos, craft websites used to prevent pandemics, and support collateral across trade organizations and tech giants.

Note: This is a hybrid position. The role requires being in our Georgetown office three days per week on a flexible schedule. Our team meets for lunch every Wednesday, and we encourage crew members to join us in person for two additional days of their choosing.

What You’ll Do

• Stamp your Experience Passport: Concept and design interactive experiences for web,, and event environments.
• Design Across Borders: Build out creative materials across diverse formats, including HTML5 ads, Landing pages, full custom web builds, and interactive screens and experiences for events
• Anchor in Excellence: Ensure visual consistency and impeccable quality across deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines and refining every detail.
• Collaborate Globally: Collaborate with developers, art directors, and project managers to  prototype and launch digital products and installations.
• Prepare for Launch: Ready final files for digital and print production, ensuring technical precision and on-time delivery.
• Mentor Manifesto: Organically mentor (with potential to manage) fellow designers and help drive a culture of endless learning. 

What You’ll Bring

• Multidisciplinary Expertise: You have proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, and demonstrate an ability to bring high quality to the essentials. 
• Figma Skills: Must possess skills in Figma to create landing pages or full web builds, with an elevated touch for UI, and microanimations.
• Presentation Skills: You can talk clients and cross-departmental teams through your designs with confidence and rationale. You must be able to articulate a strong understanding of UI. 
• Tenure: You should have 5 years of experience as a designer. 
• Swiss-Knife Portfolio: This role focuses on experiential and interactive design, but requires multidisciplinary skills in design: you should know how to open up indesign, work a presentation deck, and lend your skills to other deliverables. 
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for consistency, catching the smallest errors before they take flight.
• Adaptability: The ability to pivot with agility and balance efficiency with top-tier quality.
• Curiosity: You have your fingers on emerging tech (AR, AI, spatial design) and how it enhances storytelling.
• Bonus! entry-level Motion Skills: micro-animation skills that level up how our sites move and engage is a huge competitive.
