Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Alabama, USA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Long-term contract
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and integration requirements.
- Work on insurance processes (policy, claims, billing, underwriting).
- Define integration needs (APIs, data mapping, transformation).
- Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and integration documents.
- Collaborate with integration team (architects, developers, QA).
- Support UAT and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Prepare process flow and data flow diagrams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5 years of BA experience, preferably in insurance (P&C).
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
- Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Knowledge of integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV.
- Strong documentation, communication, and Agile/Scrum experience.
