Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Service Technician, you will help service and maintain residential septic systems throughout local neighborhoods as part of our routine maintenance protection program. This position includes performing scheduled service visits, filter cleanings, system checks, troubleshooting common septic issues, completing automated service reports, and assisting our inspection and service divisions where needed.
This is a hands-on position with a growing company that offers the opportunity to learn a specialized trade and build a long-term career in the septic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled septic maintenance service visits
- Clean septic filters and system components
- Complete automated service reports and documentation
- Troubleshoot common septic system issues and alarms
- Assist with inspections and general septic system tasks as needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners during service visits, if present
