- Develop and execute bold, creative marketing strategies to promote NJRHA programs, initiatives, and events.
- Own our branding—evolve our look, feel, and messaging to reflect who we are and where we’re going.

- Lead our events to boost awareness, engagement, and attendance.
- Elevate our digital presence through website updates, email marketing, social media storytelling, and analytics tracking.

Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a strong creative flair.
- Experienced in marketing, communications, or event management (3–5 years preferred).
- Skilled in digital tools—social media, email platforms, CMS, basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe a plus).
