Schedule new patient requests received electronically daily. Process medical records requests according to HIPAA and practice policies. Maintain and clear out our scan/fax folders daily and ensure all documents are uploaded to the patient charts same day. Maintain an organized workspace and accurate filing systems (electronic and paper). Respond to parent/caregiver inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Other duties as assignedAdditional Notes Evening or weekend hours may be required depending on practice needs. Knowledge of medical terminology and workflows preferred Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferredQualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience healthcare and private practice settings preferred.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsStandard office environment within medical practice.Frequent use of computers and telephones.Occasional lifting of files, office supplies, or equipment (up to 20 lbs).Compensation Salary Range $18-$21\hr.
