Role Description
This is a part time, on site role for Security Personnel at NJ Leaf’s Freehold, New Jersey location. We are currently seeking additional security personnel to support our team on weekends and select weekdays. In this role, Security Personnel will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the dispensary, monitoring access to the facility, and maintaining a secure environment for customers and staff. Additional responsibilities include conducting routine security checks, addressing security concerns, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and team members. We are looking for dependable, professional candidates who can help maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for our staff, customers, and daily operations.
Qualifications
• Valid NJ SORA Card, Class 2
• Valid Retired Police Officer Permit to Carry (RPO) or valid Concealed Carry Permit (CCP, non law enforcement)
• Willingness to undergo a background investigation
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and situational awareness
• Availability for weekend shifts and select weekday coverage
Compensation
Starting at $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
