We are seeking a physical therapy scheduling coordinator to join our team in Cranford, New Jersey.
As a physical therapy scheduling coordinator some of your job duties will include:
- Working closely with our providers and health care administrative team, including our patient care coordinators, to help our patients achieve an improved quality of life
- Booking, rescheduling, and managing patient evaluations and recurring treatment sessions
- Filling schedule gaps, rebooking cancellations, and actively working waitlists.
- Effectively handling high call volumes
