We are seeking a full-time customer service/call center manager to join our team in Cranford, New Jersey.
As a customer service/call center manager, you are a critical, remote point of contact for patients. In order for our patients to achieve an improved quality of life, you will respond to questions, enter information into our electronic health records system, facilitate scheduling and explain payment policies.
