Job Overview
As a Custom Home Builder Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties.
Duties
- Bidding new projects. Obtain subcontractor pricing. internal budget, takeoffs etc
- Ensuring subcontractors scopes of work are accurate
- Negotiate contract
- Draft buy out request
- Level bids
- Document control
Skills
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, BuilderTrend for construction project management
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of construction management principles
- Experience working on construction sites
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
This is an in office position 90%. In the field 10%
This is not a job for a field manager
Direct experience is required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
