Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage front desk operations, and support administrative functions across various departments. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software when necessary
- Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer support efforts
- Maintain professionalism with phone etiquette and courteous communication at all times
- Support medical or dental reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling
Experience
- Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred, especially in administrative or customer service roles
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clients effectively
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
