- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks
- Dispatch service requests or messages to relevant teams swiftly to ensure timely resolution of customer needs
- Maintain organized clerical records, including logs of calls, messages, and service requests
Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, with a strong focus on customer service roles
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous
