Role Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing donors to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Coordinate donor appreciation events and recognition programs.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of fundraising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of donor information in the database.
• Prepare reports on donor contributions and engagement activities.
• Participate in community outreach programs to identify potential donors.
• Support the development of donor communications and marketing materials.
• Work with the marketing team to craft compelling stories showcasing the impact of donations.
• Respond to donor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Research funding opportunities and trends in donor behavior.
• Facilitate meetings with donors to discuss their philanthropic goals.
• Support the training of team members on donor relations best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to align donor efforts with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate donor engagement strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in donor relations or fundraising.
• Proficiency in donor management systems and database software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Needs a proven track record of building relationships with diverse donor bases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising trends and best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of grant writing is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to the values and mission of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software.
