Role Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of on-site brand strategies for our charity clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences for upcoming campaigns.
• Coordinate events and fundraising activities, ensuring successful execution and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvements.
• Develop promotional calendars to ensure timely messaging and outreach.
• Forge and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and community partners.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Support fundraising efforts through donor communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Contribute ideas and strategies during team meetings to enhance charity branding efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Passion for social causes and community engagement.
• Experience with fundraising or non-profit organizations is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with various stakeholders.
