We’re looking for Entry Level Wireless Consultants who are naturally outgoing, energetic, and love talking to people. You should be someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, can think on your feet, and enjoys solving problems with confidence and integrity. Trustworthiness and strong communication skills are key, our clients depend on us to represent their brands with professionalism, transparency, and enthusiasm.

As An Entry Level Wireless Consultant, You Will Be:

• Speaking to customers in-person on behalf of our telecommunications clients about their wireless products and services that will best fit their day-to-day needs
• Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable and positive experiences for every single customer
• Closing sales and upselling when customers meet certain qualifications or when the client offers special promotions
• Tracking customer information and helping them enroll into any service plan application on a company mobile device
• Interacting with fellow Entry Level Wireless Consultants daily about best sales practices, company compliance, and overall team engagement and support
• Hitting sales goals as an individual Entry Level Wireless Consultant, as well as team goals when collaborating

What We Look For in an Entry Level Wireless Consultant:

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any customer-facing or sales-related roles is a PLUS!
• Positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities to learn
• Great communication skills face-to-face, whether that is with customers, fellow Entry Level Wireless Consultants, or the management team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and team-collaboration
• Strong work ethic to succeed both professional and personally within the company

Pay: $3,850.00 - $4,500.00 per week
