In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary ranges for this position, depending on location, are as follows.
Our Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire a mid to senior level associate to join our Los Angeles office.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth/venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements and other business transactions. Experience with deals in the software, technology, healthcare or life sciences industries is a significant plus. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
