We are seeking to hire a litigation associate to join our Chicago, IL office. The successful candidate will join our Complex Disputes Practice Group.
Qualified candidates will have approximately four to six years of litigation experience. Direct responsibility is required in the following areas: drafting and responding to complex discovery requests, motions, pre-trial preparation, witness interviews, negotiating, and communicating with opposing counsel, arguing motions or appeals, conducting discovery conferences, and preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions. Illinois State Bar admission is also required. Clerkship experience preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
