NP’s Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy team represents both distressed businesses and their creditors. Many of the matters that we handle involve cross border situations. An opportunity exists within the Team for an associate to also develop skills in M&A, Finance, or insolvency-related litigation.
In accordance with applicable federal and state laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, are as follows.
Our Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Team is seeking to hire a junior associate to join our New York City office.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience representing companies and financial institutions in the financial restructuring and bankruptcy processes. We will also consider other candidates who have a proven interest in financial restructuring and bankruptcy. A bankruptcy clerkship qualifies as the experience noted above.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing extraordinary client service.
