Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading and managing complex Navy Type projects, within a shipyard/shipbuilding environment, integrating communications and information technology systems, coordinating multi-stakeholder teams, and ensuring project compliance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Strong skills in stakeholder management, project planning, risk and resource management, and knowledge of project management and IT acquisition best practices.Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
