As a Mobile Wound Care Nurse, you’ll deliver advanced wound care directly in patients’ homes—helping them heal, regain independence, and improve their quality of life.

What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced wound care therapies, including low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound (MIST)
- Travel locally to patients’ homes while following strict safety and infection control standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent outcomes
- Educate patients and families on wound care and recovery
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Grow professionally through ongoing training and advancement opportunities
What we're looking for:
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Skills & Attributes
- Passion for wound care and patient-focused healthcare
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Estimated hourly earnings: $35 - $39 per hour
- Based on 25–50 completed visits per week and 40–45 hours worked
- Actual earnings vary by visit volume, route density, and hours worked
- Pay details:
- W-2 hourly pay for all hours worked (patient care, charting, and travel time between patients)
- Points: $25 per point (Points are assigned based on visit complexity and travel burden)
- Overtime paid per federal and state law
- Mileage reimbursement for business travel between patient locations
Hourly rate is set to meet all applicable state wage requirements and provided in the written offer
