2. Requirement Translation
• Collaborate with internal scientific and operational stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Labguru configurations
• Participate in workshops, design sessions, and working groups to ensure alignment on platform setup
• Bridge the gap between scientific needs and technical ELN capabilities, offering best-practice guidance
3. Testing & Validation Support
• Assist in planning and executing system testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Document test cases, track defects, and implement updates or fixes as issues are identified
• Support validation activities to meet regulatory and quality requirements where applicable
4. Documentation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation throughout the implementation
• Support the creation of user guides, SOPs, and training materials for end users and administrators
• Ensure documentation is kept current through iterative changes and post-deployment updates
5. Deployment Support
• Assist with go-live preparation including final configuration checks, data migration support, and readiness reviews
• Provide post-deployment stabilization support to address issues and ensure smooth adoption
• Serve as a point of contact during the hypercare period following launch
