- 10 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics with 7 years of hands-on expertise in Power BI architecture, development and administration.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Power BI solutions, including semantic models, datasets, dashboards, reports, and workspace architecture.
- Administer and govern the Power BI Service environment, including workspaces, capacities, tenant settings, datasets, and data gateways.
- Implement and manage security frameworks including Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and user access controls.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot dataset refreshes, gateway connectivity, report performance, and capacity utilization.
- Define and enforce Power BI governance standards, naming conventions, deployment frameworks, and lifecycle management processes.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, Git integration, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices for Power BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Manage deployment pipelines across Dev, Test, and Production environments for controlled releases
- Automate administrative activities using Power BI REST APIs, PowerShell, or other scripting tools
- Track usage metrics, adoption, and capacity utilization to optimize platform performance
- Drive platform adoption, usage monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Power BI ecosystem.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
