What Client is looking for?
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows
- Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance
- Mentor development teams and conduct design code reviews with a focus on domain specific compliance and scalability
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways trading platforms and insurance data providers
Experience and Skills
- 12 years of Pega developmentexperience with 3 years as a Lead System Architect.
- Pega CLSA certification.
- Must have exp on latest pega version Pega infinity 24 and above.
- Exposure to AI is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity featuresincluding Constellation DX API and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with Common Data Modeland enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
