Domain: We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer Tulip MES to design, configure, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions across global pharmaceutical production facilities.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Tulip MES Implementation Consultant to design, implement, and support Tulip-based MES solutions across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The role involves developing Electronic Batch Records (eBR), digital work instructions, quality workflows, and real-time production monitoring solutions while ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Tulip MES applications.
• Develop solutions for eBR, weigh & dispense, quality checks, and shop-floor workflows.
• Integrate Tulip with SAP, LIMS, PLC/SCADA, Historians, and IoT systems using REST APIs, SQL, and Python.
• Support validation activities including URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ, and CSV documentation.
• Manage UAT, go-live, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 8 10 years of MES / Manufacturing IT experience.
• 3 5 years of hands-on Tulip platform implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of MES integrations, REST APIs, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with SAP, LIMS, and shop-floor systems.
• Understanding of GMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and ALCOA principles.
• Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences manufacturing experience preferred.

Preferred

• Multi-site MES deployment experience.
• Industry 4.0 / Digital Manufacturing exposure.
• Tulip, MES, Azure, or AWS certifications.
