Desktop Support
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with experience in hardware break-fix, desktop/laptop imaging, and ticketing systems. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, managing asset inventory, and ensuring SLA compliance in a Windows 11 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform desktop/laptop repair, hardware customization, and break-fix support
- Install and image Windows 11 systems and configure MS Office O365
- Manage and resolve ITSM tickets within defined SLAs
- Handle asset deployment, tagging, tracking, and inventory updates
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and replacements
- Support depot operations, spare stock management, and e-waste disposal
- Ensure security and compliance as per customer requirements
- Provide excellent customer-centric technical support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of Desktop Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft O365
- Experience with ticketing systems and asset management tools
- Laptop/Desktop imaging and IMAC experience (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills (Local language & English)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A Certification
