Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions that combine agentic AI capabilities with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role is ideal for a self-driven technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation workflows across diverse enterprise systems, including legacy platforms.

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience integrating AI systems with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with legacy system integration (e.g., AS/400, mainframe systems) and modern APIs.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with ETL pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solution delivery from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Background in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with secure data handling and compliance standards.
