Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support cleaning staff to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to self manage your schedule, prioritize task, and work efficiently.
- Implement and oversee safety procedures in accordance with health regulations and safety regulations to protect staff and visitors.
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation practices.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or janitorial management with a focus on residential or commercial cleaning environments. This is not required but is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective managerial communication with team members and clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management best practices.
- Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service within the facility.
- Experience with laundry services or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
