Job Description
Looking for steady, hands-on work in a skilled production environment? Nitterhouse Concrete Products is hiring Production Team Members/Laborers to help manufacture high-quality precast concrete products.
No previous experience is required! We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work.
Please note: Start times vary by position, ranging from 4:00 am to 6:00 am. Work assignments may be indoors or outdoors, depending on the job.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the production of structural and architectural precast concrete products
- Perform finishing, patching, and surface repair on concrete units as needed
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Apply sealing and hardening compounds when required
- Assist with casting, stripping, cleaning, and preparation of forms
- Inspect products for surface quality and finish standards
- Work from drawings, specifications, and production instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support general shop production and labor tasks as assigned

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and crawling for extended periods; lifting and carrying up to and exceeding 50 lbs
Experience in construction, manufacturing, concrete finishing, or general labor is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
