Job Title: Customer Service/Order Fulfilment - Full-TimeHours: Full-time position 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Deerfield Beach, FloridaNitroFill, LLC. dba VSS Group seeks full-time Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Rep. Your tasks will include answering Customer Service questions, processing registrations and cancellations, and processing new orders.Responsibilities:Manage high volume calls.Display professional manners with all phone and email communications.Process one-off registration and cancellation requestsVerify customer membership coverage.Learn our various tire warranty program terms and conditions.Enter new orders and send confirmation emails.Verify new order details and send clarification emails in case of discrepancyAnalyze data to establish correct order quantitiesWork with the warehouse team to establish order priorityOccasional data entry tasks and CRM update projectsBasic office work (faxing, scanning, filing, etc.)Provide excellent customer serviceQualifications:Ideal candidate will have several years of telephone-based customer service experience.Ideal candidate will have obtained the minimum college education level of Associates Degree.Ideal candidate will have some experience working with, or knowledge of, automobile tires.Excellent customer service and phone skills including: verbal communication, written communication, listening and professionalism.Must have extensive software skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office.Must be dedicated professional willing to go above and beyond in order to grow with the company.Must have a high level of attention to detail while maintaining productivityAbility to work a consistent weekly schedule onsite.Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)Company DescriptionAbout VSS Group:At VSS, our high-value vehicle protection products and sales solutions keep customers coming back for further service.
