Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminum Welder to join our trailer manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding aluminum components and structures with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that meets industry standards. We are seeking both MIG and TIG welders in a fast-paced work environment.
Monday through Friday work week.
Duties
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum sheets, pipes, and fabricated assemblies according to blueprints/work orders.
- Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints/work orders to accurately assemble and weld components
- Operate power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to welding quality and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members on manufacturing floor to complete projects on time while maintaining high safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing facilities involving aluminum welding
- Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding techniques specific to aluminum materials
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders accurately
- Familiarity with use of hand tools and power tools
- Strong understanding of basic math skills as well as Safety protocol
